Shipping policy
Delivery charges and estimated timescales are normally specified when you place an order and are currently free for deliveries to the UK mainland and British Forces. International shipping will be added soon but please contact sales@freshanddry.co.uk if you would like to place an order for shipment outside of the regions mentioned.
We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Fresh & Dry® shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the product(s) are shipped.
Fresh & Dry® uses Fulfilment By Amazon® so the protective cardboard packaging around our product that you receive may be branded with the Amazon logo and/or delivered by Amazon. Their vast network helps us to reduce shipping costs while reaching our customers in the most efficient way. However, the actual Fresh & Dry® product you are purchasing is branded exactly as you see on our website.
We reserve the right to alter, modify or update the above policy at any point, without serving any prior notice to our customers. Such modifications are usually warranted to accommodate changes in laws and regulations, imposition of shipping restrictions, changes to our third-party delivery partners, or internal changes in our business.
Q. How long will it take my goods to arrive?
A. Standard delivery times usually take 3-5 working days. If it takes longer than this please contact us immediately.
Q. How much do you charge for delivery?
A. Standard delivery within the UK, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland is currently FREE. Expedited delivery will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Other international shipping rates can be provided by e-mailing sales@freshanddry.co.uk.
Q. How do I get an update on my order?
A. We use Fulfilment By Amazon and if you have included an email or a mobile number and opt-in to be contacted, you will receive an order update.
Q. What happens if my order does not arrive?
A. If you haven’t received your order within 7 working days of ordering, please email us at sales@freshanddry.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
